Finished Pulley

Problem: How do we convert this old, corroded pulley into a functioning 3D model?

Here we created the basic shape, and optimized it for 3d printing. You can see how the pulley is a lot more flat instead of rounded. This helps the print stick to the print bed and results in an overall higher quality print.

Here is a comparison showing how accurate the models we can design are. This particular object had to be printed with enough of a gap between the wheel and the walls of the pulley in order to ensure free movement.
